Write, Share, Comment and Collaborate with Google Docs
|
Google Docs is the word processing part of Google's suite of programs. As in any other word processing program (such as Word) users can create documents, add images, change colors, fonts, and more in Docs.
Documents created in other word processing programs can be converted into the Google Docs format, so they can be stored, edited and shared through Google Apps. Google Docs can also be exported out of Google into other formats. Docs is accessed through Google Drive, by clicking on the "waffle" icon in the upper right of the Drive screen, and choosing Docs. Users can also click the red "New" button in Drive, and choose Google Docs there. |
